JUL 1997 to MAR 1998 Program Management Coordinator. K-25 Site, Transition Management
Organization. Managed and coordinated all DOE/Lockheed Martin (LM)
Transition Planning information. Directed the development and maintenance of an
Access, Web-interfaced Transition Planning database, which contained the Work
Breakdown Structure, as well as all scope, systems, objectives, planning
assumptions, actions, issues, and schedules. Managed transition activities as the
POD scheduler. Served as a member on both the LM Core Transition Team and
the Joint DOE/LM Core Team.
JUN 1996 to JUL 1997
Lead Cost Estimator. K-25 Site, Energy Systems Waste Management
Organization (ESWMO). Coordinated the Activity-Based Cost estimating process
for ESWMO located at Central, K-25 Site, Y-12 Plant, and ORNL. Annual
estimating responsibilities of $178M. Received initial request from DOE
detailing product specifications from which guidance and necessary tools required
for site activity completion were developed and maintained. Ensured integral “one
business approach” to site estimates and data dictionaries. Supported ESWMO and
DOE by providing risk-based prioritization. Led the DOE audit with the Corps
of Engineers for all EM-30 activities.
JAN 1994 to JUN 1996
Business Manager. Y-12 Plant, Energy Systems Waste Management Organization
(ESWMO). Served as primary contact for the Business Services, Waste Processing,
and Waste Treatment departments; and for the Corrective Activities, Pollution
Prevention Activities, and Environmental Restoration projects. Developed cost
estimates and data dictionaries. Coordinated the generation of activity data sheets
(ADS) and task description documents (TDD). Generated information in support
of Task-based Management System (TBMS). Provided risk-based prioritization
support to the departments. Identified and developed strategies for the resolution of
cost, commitment, and budget problems.
JAN 1993 to JAN 1994
Accounting Supervisor. Y-12 Plant, Energy Systems Waste Management
Organization (ESWMO). Supervised the Fiscal Services Section within the
Business Services Department. Coordinated all cost and budget collection and
reporting for the execution year. Functioned as the fiscal programmatic budget
interface among ESWMO at Y-12, DOE, Central Waste Management, Business
Finance, and the Y-12 Plant.
OCT 1989 to JAN 1993 Finance Officer. Y-12 Plant, Business and Finance. Served as the financial liaison
between Finance, Program Management, and Health and Safety Upgrades
divisions. Performed divisional budgeting and accounting assignments. These

accounting duties. Provided advice to management regarding Energy Systems
